life1Life Styles Supports, Inc. is a New Jersey non-profit corporation serving adults with special needs. We are a qualified Real Life Choices and Self Directed Day Services provider and also accept self pay. The agency was founded by Dennis Simcox and Diane Hernandez when they realized that Dennis' daughter, Chrissy Simcox was not receiving high quality services. Dennis and Diane made it their mission in life to provide excellent, person centered programs and support for developmentally disabled adults.

Services provided:

DAY SUPPORT PROGRAM – "Our Place" is not your typical day program. We design it to fit the individual, believing in the importance of Person Centered Thinking and doing our part to accomplish individuals' goals and dreams. "Our Place" is a DDD real Life Choices (RLC) , Self Directed Day Services (SDDS) and Self Determination qualified habilitation and recreation program, Monday through Froday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM. Activities during day program include cooking class, computer class, piano lessons, crafts, music, exercise classes every morning, volunteer opportunities at Angels of God Clothing Closet and Serve a Tray, bowling every Wednesday and a day trip every Friday. Provide your own transportation to the program or use Access Link or Life Styles Supports transportation.


life2INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTS – One-on one support by highly qualified, dedicated, DDD trained support staff may include personal care, help with activities of daily living, transportation, companionship and other activities.

CLUB OUT RECREATION PROGRAM – Friday nights, 5-9 PM or Saturdays (once a month), 9:30 AM-2:30 PM drop off

HOTEL RESPITE CARE – For individuals in RLC

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

AUTISTIC CHILDREN'S PROGRAM – Summer camp for "under 21"

I work for the Center For Independent Living of South Jersey. We try to help people with disabilities to become as independent as possible with the disabilities they face.
