GCountyNow would like to introduce you to Life Coach Anne Lester. We all have our dreams and passions, I've always wanted to help people. This desire initially took me to Earlham School of Religion where I graduated with a MDiv degree followed by work with the Religious Society of Friends and later with the State of New Jersey in a program to prevent homelessness. When I discovered Coaching, I realized that I had found my niche and began formal coach training with CoachU. I have worked with entrepreneurs, artists, women and men in transition and those seeking to find some balance in their stress filled lives. Working with me empowers them to get clarity on their goals and then take the action steps needed to achieve them. This is done through individual coaching or group sessions.
